CANCELLATION POLICY

The time and date selected for your appointment is reserved for you. We understand that things can be out of our control sometimes. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged. 50% of the service will be charged to a client cancelling less than 48 hours prior to their appointment. 100% of the service will be charged to a client who does not show up to their scheduled appointment.

If you are more than15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you for half of your appointment. We respect everyone's time greatly, and to ensure the most efficient services possible we ask that you respect our time as well. Thank you. 


ALLERGIC REACTIONS

Our services are intended for aesthetic purposes only. We will attempt to use the products that we consider safe to the public. However we cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction may not occur to the hair, skin or lashes. Unfortunately, skin damage or mild allergic reaction can result from any service the studio provides. Our professionals are not responsible for any allergic reaction a service may result in. It is the responsibility of the client to inform your technician of any drug, food, or skin allergy prior to the service. Our team of professionals are highly trained and strive to ensure your best experience here with us. If an allergic does occur please inform your professional who can remove them immediately.

NOTE: We are very kid friendly but we ask that if/when you do bring your children they sit quietly & calmly as we strive to create a relaxing environment for all of our clients.
